Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VisaEase website and the services described on it. By engaging VisaEase for DS-160 assistance, appointment scheduling, or Schengen document curation, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Our Services

VisaEase provides application preparation, document review, and administrative support for visa applications. We are an independent service provider and are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, law firm, or immigration authority, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these bodies.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Final decisions on any visa application — including approval, refusal, appointment availability, and processing timelines — rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority. VisaEase prepares and submits applications to the highest achievable standard of accuracy and completeness, but cannot guarantee that any application will be approved or processed within a particular timeframe.

3. Accuracy of Information Provided

You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation. VisaEase relies on the information you supply and is not responsible for outcomes arising from information that was incomplete, incorrect, or misleading at the time it was provided to us.

4. Fees

Service fees are agreed with you directly before work begins and are separate from any government visa application fees, embassy fees, or third-party costs, which remain your responsibility. Fee amounts and payment terms will be confirmed in writing prior to commencing your application.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Respond to document and information requests in good time to avoid delays
  • Attend any required biometric or interview appointments personally
  • Notify us promptly of any change in your travel plans or circumstances

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VisaEase's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made by embassies, consulates, or government authorities, including refusals, delays, or appointment cancellations outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all personal and financial documents you share with us as confidential, used solely for the purpose of your application, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service already in progress, contact us as soon as possible. Fees for work already completed at the time of cancellation remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
